Manufacturing

The unit will manufacture all the grades of paper from recycled fiber only. Recycled fiber in the form of waste paper will be procured from domestic waste paper suppliers or import may be done for some grades of waste paper. The manufacturing process of different grades is as below.

Coated board is used in packaging of different items viz. tooth paste cartons, tea Cartons, costmatic items, liquor packaging, medicine cartons, fruits cartons, book title covers etc. It is a bio degradable product whereas Kraft liner is used in packaging like beer cartons, heavy boxes etc. Heavy gsm  Kraft is used for making cones etc. Total manufacturing process is green field hence no issue for environment.

Waste paper is procured from domestic or international market in the form of used hard white shavings, envelope cuttings, white cutting, used note books, old office record, and duplex cuttings, mix waste, old newspapers etc. As the duplex board is a multilayer paper it normally consists of four different layers viz. top layer, under top layer, filler layer and bottom layer. The waste paper is unloaded in the respective layer godowns as per their require qualities. Sorting of waste paper is done manually in initial stage in the yard for segregation of impurities like straw board covers, glass, iron pieces etc.

The paper machine will be designed for a production capacity of 300 TPD to 350 TPD with trimmed deckle of 3700 mm.
